Welcome to my blog, Just Owling. It's only in the last year that I've started to follow other people's blogs - the first being The Sartorialist - now there doesn't seem to be a day when I don't have a sneaky peek at someone's blog; it makes a nice break when I'm midway through work and running low on inspiration.
Just Owling will simply be about things I like. This will include fashion, design, recommendations for restaurants, hotels, shops and films, books etc (mainly in Dubai as this is where I currently live) as well as things that have caught my eye.
I'll also hopefully be including some examples of my photography, another relatively new hobby of mine. At the moment these skills are very basic - i.e I have no idea how to use my shiny new digital SLR but hopefully following a short stint on a course my true talents will be revealed!
